Beat-the-heat-early-morning-ride: Jungle Hill loop. First JH loop of ‘21. Thanks to all the trail-clearing people who have been out there. The 15 mile loop had 3 measly downed trees! Beat the heat: get to JH trailhead by 6:30 am. Climb 82 to Sherman. Then the rest of the loop along western face is mostly shaded as sun rises in the east.
