The Barstow Dispatch is a print newsletter that comes out sporadically. To subscribe you must send mail (hard copy in the legit postal system, not an email). We request a one-time payment of a book of stamps (that's 20 stamps). If you can't swing the stamps, then send us anything -- a poem, a story, a limerick, a pie. After your initial subscription you'll get about a year of issues. After that, once a year, send a post card to renew. This yearly renewal assures us that there's someone on the other end and that the Dispatch isn't going straight into the bin.
